Fast recharge the P20iX via its built-in USB-C port. It can also be powered by 2x CR123A batteries as a backup.

Nitecore Customer Service

Some of my dealings with Nitecore were very good. Others were not. I had one rep who went out of his way to send me information on various flashlights. When asked about Holiday sales, another rep would only refer me to the company website. He balked at providing any type of personalized assistance. I also found it difficult to speak with anyone. Another issue was that no one sent me shipping or tracking information. I had to call and ask for it. I just hope the product is better than my experience with customer service.

Excellent Flash light

I brought the P20ix to replace one that I had lost. As a police officer, I love having a powerful but small flashlight. The defensive blinding strobe is also a huge benefit. That traffic cone is also a great portable addition that lets me avoid using the bulky assigned Maglight.

Great Light, this is my 2nd one!

Just a great all-around light with a nice broad beam. This is my second of this model and my 10th Nitecore.
